daripally anantha ramulu college of engineering and technology, commonly known as dare, is a private institution situated in khammam, telangana, india. established in 2007 by the sai krupa charitable and educational society, the college is affiliated with jawaharlal nehru technological university (jntuh), hyderabad, and approved by the all india council for technical education (aicte), new delhi. recognised by the government of telangana and iso certified, dare has also applied for nba and naac accreditation. the college has international collaborations with institutions like the polytechnic institute of bragança, portugal, and rudn university, russia. dare offers a range of courses at diploma, ug, and pg levels in the fields of engineering & technology and business management. admission to these courses is based on entrance exams such as ts eamcet for engineering, ts polycet for diploma in engineering, ts pgecet for m.tech, ts icet for mba, and ts ecet for b.tech lateral entry. the placement cell at dare manages campus placements, connecting students with recruiters. in 2022, 170 b.tech students were placed with an average package of rs 6 lpa. the college provides various facilities for students, including hostels for boys and girls, laboratories, a library, a canteen, a gym, and atms. dare also houses several centres of excellence, such as the incubation center, robotics lab, and advanced ai workshop.
