rayat bahra university (rbu) is a premier private university, founded in 2014, located in mohali, punjab. it was established under the rayat bahra group. rbu was founded with the intent to develop a university that ensures academic integrity, academic excellence, creative and innovative canons, and industry-ready educating. it is established by the punjab state private universities act and is officially approved by the university grants commission (ugc) in accordance with section 2(f) under the ugc act, 1956. rbu is affiliated with the bar council of india (bci), the pharmacy council of india (pci), national council for teacher education (ncte), and indian nursing council (inc), depending on the programs. rbu is also accredited by the national assessment and accreditation council (naac) to uphold its education and institutional standards. rbu offers a large range of programs, including undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, diploma, and certificate courses offered under various areas such as engineering, management, law, pharmacy, agriculture, computer applications, education, health science, hotel management, and social sciences. rbu strives to provide practical learning, research, evidence of concepts, and collaborations with industry and has established strategic partnerships with leading global institutions, providing opportunities for rbu in terms of enriched skillful academic delivery. rbu is located on a world-class campus, rbu strives to provide skilful, ethical, and as globally competent graduates who are ready to compete in the connected. rbgi is a collection of different fields, which is divided into some institutions, that are- school of engineering and technology university school of pharmaceutical sciences university school of media studies university school of management studies university school of education university school of sciences university school of social sciences university school of law university school of medical ; allied sciences university school of agriculture sciences university school of hotel management ; catering technology overall, all these institutes at the university provide various courses ranging from some usual streams to particular specializations. some of the courses include engineering, management, computer application, commerce programs, d. pharm, m. pharm, media, entertainment and technology, b.ed, b.a, m.ed, etc.
