ssgi (sri sai group of institutes), is a well-known institution in pathankot, punjab, founded in 1996. the institution is a group of autonomous colleges, which includes sri sai college of engineering ; technology (sscet). the institution has several undergraduate and postgraduate programs across engineering, management, pharmacy, education, and applied sciences. the different colleges have been approved by aicte (all india council for technical education) and affiliated to i.k. gujral punjab technical university (ikgptu), jalandhar. the pharmacy programs are approved by the pharmacy council of india (pci); a diploma program is affiliated with the punjab state board of technical education (psbte). ssgi has campuses in pathankot and amritsar. ssgi is committed to quality education and research, and innovation in its different fields of operation. the campus has residential facilities for boys and girls, transport facilities, labs, sports facilities, etc. the popular sri sai group of institutes, pathankot, offers the following courses offered are b. tech, bca, bba, mba, cse, etc. the institute has 5 constituent colleges under it, which include the following: sri sai college of engineering and technology sri sai college of pharmacy sai polytechnic college sri sai college of education sri sai iqbal college of management and it further, the ssgi pathankot placements are made in top companies like dell, airtel, and genpact, to name a few. the institute was established in 1996 under the aegis of sh. ram iqbal bhardwaj ji with the aim of providing quality higher and technical education.
